Y.MU231X射线系统最适用于批量轮毂的检测。未抛光和批次混合的轮毂输送进入系统,该系统自动识别轮毂模型检测并根据客
户规格检测,气孔和异物作为单独的缺陷或作为夹杂被挑选出。可配合Y.AI软件进行全自动检测。
当从输送线中取出单独轮毂进行抽检时,可使用Y.MU2000-D X轮毂射线系统。可选择采用特殊定制的轮毂旋转支座,配合通用
射线系统使用。
Y.MU2000-D Tire-on-wheel系统用于装配好轮胎的轮毂一体化X射线检测。轮毂上的胎圈位置可在射线透视中可视化。
当需要观察细微缺陷,计算机断层扫描是最好的方式,特别通过三维重建技术可以发现众多细节。专门为客户定制的Y.CT系统
可以实现这一检测需求,并安装了特殊定制的轮毂安装装置。
