The YXLON FeinFocus X-ray tube assures the highest resolution thereby. The basic prerequisite for exact reproducibility and repeatability is created by using a high-precision manipulation system. This is the basis for deployment as a three-dimensional means of measurement using computed tomography.
An optimized scan mode, flat-panel detector, vertical measuring circuit enlargement and special inline reconstruction provide for a full-scale volume within a few minutes.
