We help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 360 days a year via telephone, modem or the Internet. Upon request, a member of YXLON staff works directly on your system via modem and prepares a diagnosis regarding the system situation. In 98% of all cases system operation can be restored immediately without a loss of time. The scope of performance of the Hotline service module encompasses:
