Fully automatic inspection of mass-produced items using ADR during production
Fully automatic defect recognition (ADR) is possible without any operator involvement as a result of modern software. Objective inspection results are created automatically and can be reproduced at any time.
ADR is utilized in series production. The software obtains its image data from an X-ray system that is capable of processing very high unit volumes. YXLON offers wheel inspection systems, robot systems and tire inspection systems for this type of application. Inspection decisions are always made according to the same objective criteria due to the ADR software. This makes them reproducible and they occur without operator intervention.
